The Workout Challenge (the challenge that gives you a real workout!)

This challenge will work you out! Are you a good jumproper? Then, you should try this challenge out!

This challenge is harder than it looks. All you do is get a jumprope and jump rope with both of you feet (so both of your feet jump up at the same time) and you try to do that for as long as you possibly can. The longest I can do is 1 minutes and 10 seconds. This doesn't sound like long, but once you do it, you realize why I only got that much. Please try this challenge, it really gets your heart pumping.
